Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Change your mind? Wrong sizes? Mood Changes? No problem!

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase.

All items can be returned within 30 days (45 days for overseas purchase) from receipt of package, except for sale items and items bought during promotion. We accept all items in original condition: unworn, unwashed and with all label tags intact.

Refund can be made in the form of store credit to your account, which you can use for subsequent purchases or refunded back to your original mode of payment. 

Refund amount will be based on purchase price. Shipping fee will not be refunded. 

For sale items and items bought during promotion, there will be no refund. Exchange of apparels is welcomed, subject to availability and for items of equal or higher value (with top up). Due to hygiene reasons, there will be no refund or exchange of all accessories once packaging seal is broken.

These are the options available for refund:

1) Store credit will be made within 7 business days from date of returns receipt to your account, which you can use for subsequent purchases.

2) Original payment mode, it may take about 4 – 6 weeks from date of returns receipt depending on your bank processes.

Refund amount will be based on purchase price. Shipping fee will not be refunded.

Pack your item (s) with a completed Returns Form. You can download a copy of the form here. If you made your purchase online, you can re-use our polymailer bag which are re-sealable.

*We strongly encourage you to send your returns back via a trackable mode of delivery as we will not be liable for any lost mail sent thru non trackable mailing options.

Do note that there is a delivery charge of $4 if you prefer to exchange items through mail. Our staff will contact you to confirm the exchange and make payment once we have received your exchange request. 

All returns will be processed within 7 business days from receipt of returns. We will send you an update once the return has been processed. For refunds via credit card and bank, it may take up to 6 weeks before you receive the funds. 

Yes, if the item you want is available in stock, you can do an exchange. 

As we carry limited quantity for each design and size, we are unable to promise exchanges.
