We use only courier companies that can provide tracking services for shipped parcels. Once the parcels have been despatched, you will be updated with a tracking number.
The time taken for delivery may take longer (than timing stated above) during sales periods, festive season and public holiday. We promise to do everything we can to ensure you get your orders soonest possible.

If you have not received your order, you can check your delivery status at the Ninja Van website. Just key in the tracking ID.
If you did not receive any tracking ID after 3 business days from order confirmation or are not able to check your delivery status with the tracking ID you received, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org or call/what’s app us at +65 87672270 with your order number. We are happy to assist you.
We use Ninja Van for most deliveries. If necessary, we may use other reliable courier service to speed up delivery time.
Delivery attempts will be made up to 3 times (without additional charge). If the 3rd delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the parcels will be returned to Yumi Active.
A re-delivery charge of $5.50 will be applicable for re-delivery of bounced parcels.
We are unable to ship orders to any PO Box, most islands in Singapore*, military and protected areas.
Restricted locations in Singapore includes: Changi Air Freight Centre, Changi Airport, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA Terminal Wharves – Tanjong Pagar / Pasir Panjang / Sembawang and MINDEF COMCEN.

Yes, we can!
Yes, we do accept deliveries to hotels. You will have to provide the room number and local contact information.
Deliveries can only be made to the Hotel Reception, and you are required to inform the reception of a pending delivery. Once the order has been delivered to the reception, it will be deemed as delivered.
Do note that Yumi Active shall not be held responsible for any lost orders due after acceptance of the goods by the reception counter (indicated by a signoff record).

Our shipping partner for all International orders is DHL Express. We will also from time to time use other International express delivery if it is more efficient to do so.
Our international shipping fees listed does not include any taxes or duties that may be imposed by the buyer’s country. Our shipping partner will get in touch with you if there are additional taxes or duties payable.
